At Whirl-E-Bird™, we stand behind every rotating warning light we build in North Carolina. That’s why we back our fixtures with a robust 3-Year Warranty designed for the realities of fire service.

We also offer full support beyond the warranty. Out-of-warranty repairs, professional remanufacturing (with all wear items replaced and a fresh 3-year warranty), and service parts for self-repair are all available.

Because when the call comes, your lights need to be ready. We make sure they are, with the kind of straightforward, firefighter-first support you expect from HiViz.

Out of Warranty Support

We’ve got your back even when the factory warranty expires.

  • Repairs & Remanufacturing: Contact HiViz for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Include a detailed description of the issue.
  • We can repair your unit or fully remanufacture it.
  • Remanufactured units include replacement of all bearings, gaskets, slip-rings, and other wear items — plus a complete inspection and burn-in.
  • Repaired parts carry a 3-year warranty.
  • Remanufactured units receive a full new 3-year warranty on the complete assembly.

Service Parts & Self-Repair Need to fix it yourself? We make it easy.

  • Service parts (motors, bearings, lights, shells, etc.) are available directly from HiViz.
  • Replacement parts carry a 3-year warranty from date of purchase.
  • Note: Self-repaired units do not receive a renewed warranty. Damage from improper installation during self-repair is not covered.
